Faulty or wrong items received
If the goods you receive are not the items you ordered or are faulty, please contact Carradice immediately to let us understand the problem. We will make good your order at our cost.
Item is not suitable
If the item you ordered does not suit your needs, you may return it for a full product refund if it is in new-condition. Postage will not be refunded.
