Order Despatch
Orders are normally despatched from our warehouse within three working days – We hand-make some parts and products to order. There’s not some vast warehouse full of stock ready to fly out the door; we are a bespoke manufacturer of high-end bags and keep our materials protected until they’re ready to be cut and sewn.
If there is a problem with stock, we will email you with an estimated despatch date, and you have the option to change or cancel your order at this stage.
Despatch Method
UK and Overseas Orders over 2kg are despatched by either Parcelforce, TNT, UK Mail, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL. at our discretion. Parcel tracking numbers will be emailed to allow you to track your parcel’s progress.
Orders under 2kg are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class – these are not trackable, but we will email you to let you know it is on the way.

Overseas orders
Shipping cost depends upon weight of parcel and destination. You will be informed of charges on shipping when you go to checkout, but before you enter card details.
Ordering from EU
All orders from the European Union are shipped from our French warehouse near Paris by Colissimo [French postal services].
Delivery time across Europe is approximately 7-14 days from receipt of order.
All orders are shipped via a tracked service and we will send you tracking information as soon as it is shipped from our French warehouse.
