Refund policy
NO HASSLE RETURNS
If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them or are not suitable, you have 28 working days (6 calendar weeks) in which to notify us that you want a refund as long as the item is in brand new condition. Postage will not be refunded.
Faulty or Wrong Items Received
If the goods you receive are not the items you ordered or are faulty, please contact UPSO immediately to let us understand the problem. We will make good your order at our cost.
