Shipping Policy

UK Shipping costs

UK orders = FREE

Overseas orders 

Shipping cost depends upon weight of parcel and destination. You will be informed of charges on shipping when you go to checkout, but before you enter card details.

Ordering from EU

All orders from the European Union are shipped from our French warehouse near Paris by Colissimo [French postal services].

Delivery time across Europe is approximately 7-14 days from receipt of order.

All orders are shipped via a tracked service and we will send you tracking information as soon as it is shipped from our French warehouse.

Ordering from USA

All orders from the USA are shipped first from our UK factory to our US warehouse in Ventura, California by UPS.

Delivery time via our US warehouse is approximately 10-21 days from receipt of order.

Any customs duty will be paid by us.

All orders are shipped via a tracked service and we will send you tracking information as soon as it is shipped from our US warehouse.

Order Despatch

Orders are normally despatched from our warehouse within three working days.

If there is a problem with stock, we will email you with an estimated despatch date, and you have the option to change or cancel your order at this stage.

Despatch Method

UK and Overseas Orders over 2kg are despatched by either Parcelforce, TNT, UK Mail, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL at our discretion. Parcel tracking numbers will be emailed to allow you to track your parcel’s progress.

Orders under 2kg are despatched by Royal Mail on a trackable service – Overseas orders will be delivered by the local delivery partner, usually your national post office service.
